Nike Sportswear adds another epilogue to the Ken Griffey Jr. trainer saga with a style that borrows from a model that retroed for the first time about a year ago. The Nike Air Max 360 Diamond Griff is a Dynamic Flywire-equipped riff on the Total Griffey Max ’99, as made evident by wavy midsole tooling that imitates the 99’s signature element. Tonal grey colorups hadn’t reached maturity back when the original design debuted and haven’t been prominent in recent NSW Junior bringbacks, so this one is perhaps an even stronger mix of past and present. Decide for yourself after seeing more of the Dark Grey Diamond Griff below, then grab yours at select retailers like Sneaker Bistro.
