Nike LeBron X P.S. Elite iD
The Nike Basketball Elite Series 2.0 will further separate itself from last year’s crop with the inclusion of the Nike LeBron X Elite iD. For now the sneakers are only up for a preview, but you can add them to your cart as of next Tuesday, April 23rd. In typical NIKE iD fashion, the entire upper can be tweaked to your personal tastes, with the carbon fiber section getting held back just a little bit-you’ve gotta stick to a black base there but the speckle can be switched. See some samples of the Nike LeBron X Elite iD, which clocks in at $320 without the sport pack and a whopping $390 with, and tell us what kind of designs you’re whipping up on NIKE iD.
DON'T SEE MYSELF PAYING $320 FOR THESE. lIKE THE SHOE BUT HATE THE PRICE TAG REGARDLESS OF THEM BEING NIKE ID'S
What are the differences of the lebron x and lebron x elite?Is the comfort different?Is the fit different?Did they change the zoom bag? Please answer!!!
Nike was probably angry cuz Mache was customizing dope designs for the Nike LeBron X's Elites and so Nike decided to put 'em on Nike iD so we can design 'em hahahaha... probably the same price a sneaker customizer would charge.
I'm not trying to justify the cost, but look at all of the fools asking and getting 3-5 times the retail cost and getting it. I'm not gonna mention any names but a local guy to me in Fl. just sold a pair of Jordans for 20,000.00 for a pair of smelly gym shoes.
As long as these douche lickers keep over pricing on e-bay than Nike will use that to their advantage..
$400?...they buggin...this is getting out of hand. Anyone that does buy these, just know you're part of the problem...geez.
My mouth dropped when I read this. Who's going to pay $300 $400 for sneakers without it being from a reseller? Nike can keep that
First, these are ugly as fuck. Second, who does Nike expect to be buying these? And Finally, how TF does a "sport pack" cost 70$?
Ahaahahah nice late April fools day with that price Nike. Oh yea I forgot: the fuckin prices will keep going up. I honestly hope that no one spends that much but who am I kidding
they look kinda cool but that price is a joke. no thanks. probably cost em $8 in materials and $2 in labor.
@Terminator199909 CARBON FIBER + KEVLAR LACES
Funny, but actually the materials and labor for ID shoes are more expensive because they're not being made in mass quantities. And generally (not the case with Nike ID) the msrp of a shoe is 4x the cost to make. So lets say a shoe is $100, materials and construction costs $25, the tax from importing it puts it just below $50, they sell for twice that so Nike makes money and the retailer makes money.
@NuttyKicks haha. that's funny.
@Sneeky or three pairs of sneakers that you actually wear more often than this gaudy shit
@DominicDYou're riding quite a bit here. The 4x is pretty much industry standard but it's still a suggestion. Nike is definitely testing the market to see how high they can drive up that multiplier.
Please, Never ever try to justify a 400$ price tag on any Nike shoe. They're pushing the boundaries, trying to see exactly how much people will pay for a shoe. If you pay for this then they will raise the price again next year, and again after that until you don't have enough money to afford them. And I wouldn't be suprised if they lowered the prices about 50$ before the shoe released so that you would think that you were getting a good deal like they did with the corks. Pay attention people, there are better shoes out there then this especially if you're just looking to wear them casually.
What all that boils down to is: its a lighter shoe. This is allegedly to alleviate some fatigue after the 80 game reg season and give these elite players a slight edge in the post season.... And to charge a small fortune to consumers for a gimmick(s) that will all and all change nothing performance wise.
