One of the little differences that separated the OG Air Jordan XI retail pairs from the PE ones was the occasional appearance of the stitched on numbers for the back end. Of course, the retail version had the numbers as well-they were just applied in a slightly different manner. Shown here is an Air Jordan XI “Columbia” featuring that detail, one that appears to have been made for Michael Jordan himself. You’ll recall that that was a colorway MJ brought out at that year’s NBA All-Star, so there’s a slight chance that this may even be that very pair.
