Kobe Bryant’s season ended unceremoniously and the Lakers soon followed, but the first round of the NBA Playoffs brought with it some of the most exciting Kobe Sneaker News all season. Fresh off the ‘Mambacurial’ unveil and on the eve of the ‘Purple Gradient’ drop, we see a Nike Kobe 8 some have called ‘Superman’ because like the ‘Pizza’ All-Star edition, these resemble delicious foodstuffs (in this case, a Midwest US favorite ice cream blend). This first sighting of this possible outdoor edition since the initial preview in February is hopefully a good sign, so stick with Sneaker News as we approach the Saturday, May 25th release date, and check out some new images in the meantime.
Nike Kobe 8 System GC
Stadium Grey/Metallic Silver-Tour Yellow
KOBE 8 "SULFUR" SIZE 15.
Those aren't the ones coming out there totally different the color that it says has nothing to do with that shoe shown
I like the random coloring on these. Still on the fence about buying them, but i wish they came in ps sizes. My daughters would love these.
These is dope... But I refused to walk down the street with these on even tho I could pull it off. (too much color for me)
Crazy Colour's! The soles could've been a bit more interesting. Still, best looking Kobe's to date, IMHO
They already have a release date on the 25th...It was announced like 2 weeks ago on footlocker and Nike's websites. Get it together Sneaker News.
@ItsReggie22 SO MUCH DROPPIN THE 25TH
@hrbomber1113 May 25th
@hrbomber1113 @KiddCP3 Yes that date has been on Nike for a while and we've been aware of it. Only thing is, on Nike it's designated as Outdoor instead of GC that you see on this box. On top of that, Nike lists a different style code then the one shown on the box and tag in these photos, so we were holding out to see if the issue was cleared up at all. This close to the release date we're assuming the Nike's just made a mistake with their info listed and this is indeed releasing on the 25th as you said. Thanks for the input.
