NBA Feet: Weekend Recap – 5/10 – 5/12
The 2013 NBA Playoffs continue to be an interesting set of games, with series like those between the Heat/Bulls, Thunder/Grizzlies, and Spurs/Warriors shaping up to be not as lopsided as some may have predicted. Also keeping things interesting are the sneaker selections of the players still in it. LeBron James continues to hold things down with various PE versions of his Nike LeBron X, with teammate Chris Anderson showing support in the same sneaker. Similarly, Kevin Durant has rocked the Thunder-away version of the Nike KD V Elite while Kendrick Perkins went with a gradient flavored Nike KD V pair. Check out the on-court sneakers of those and many more NBA stars right after the jump in this Playoffs edition of NBA Feet.
Melo is the only superstar on a nba team that doesnt have a reliable second option hints why he has to shoot so much times he has to put up 30-40 for the knicks to have a chance he cant rely on any if his teammates to give him at least 15 a night hints why lebron left cleveland but i guess you dk about bball im a bball first than a knicks btw lol
when jr smith isnt in rihannas ass he can put up 15, he averaged 18 this season. 14 in the playoffs.
Amare can easily get 15, he averaged 14.2 this season 18 last year and 25 the year before. its melo that screws everthing up.
Felton averaged 14.2 this season and has averaged 16ppg in these playoffs
Melo is overratted all he can do is score and he cant even do that efficiently his percentage averages are always atrocious year in year out. in his 9 years he has never improved rebounding or passing and he cant play a lick of D. he is a lazy selfish scorer and he will never win a title on a team if he is there best player.. all he knows is ISO and that can not get it done especially when you dont rebound, assist, or play any defense. OVERRATED!
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite 1 Scoring title in 9 years for the so called "best scorer in the league". and while he is a top 5 scorer he is not a top 5 player, a basketball PLAYER has to play both ends of the court and do more then 1 thing on the court
You stated the pros, let me state the cons
Doesn't play defense.
Is accused of having a one dimensional game.
Accused of being a ball hog - Melo, the same ball hog the who complained about Jr Smith being a ball hog.
Only a of recently was be able to get his team out of the first round(add Boston is old and hurt, and is down 2-1 to the Up and Coming Paul George and the Indiana Pacers).
All reasons I would say why Melo is a over rated.
