The Asics retro line up is about to get a bit deeper, having already expanded a little bit with the announcement of the Asics Gel Lyte V. Also included somewhere in the upcoming seasons will be the Asics GT-Cool, a 1991 model that wears the same bold, split tongue look as the Asics Gel Lyte III. So far there’s just one colorway we can report on: the white, black, and mint version shown here (With the last shade looking kinda close to RF’s celebrated “Mint” collab). Get some more on the shoe right after the jump and tell us if you’re happy to have more Asics GT-Cool options going forward.

agreed, well done!  only problem for me is mint is starting to get overused.  i've already got the nike dunk sb in mint/red, the air max 1 fb (black/fresh mint/pink blast), AND the vans tnt 5 trujillo's in seafoam/white (whereas seafoam is essentially a 'dark mint').

still will keep an eye on these.  may pick up since the use of mint is minimal.

Niiiiiiiiiice! They didn't overuse the mint & it's a nice dark shade. A+
