The second colorway from the second round of Nike Flight ’13 Mids makes its first appearance today. The spiritual successor to the Air Flight ’89 comes through with a Deep Royal Blue and Atomic Red upper that makes glancing connections to Flight ’89 golden era contemporaries like the ‘Ultramarine’ Air 180. There’s a certain kind of magic that comes from remixing and combining all these vintage-inspired styles, which makes for the type of sneaker you end up buying because they stimulate an almost deja vu like can’t-quite-place-it nostalgia. Compare them to the other Flight 13s after you’ve seen more below, then be ready when they arrive at select Nike Sportswear stores in about four weeks.
