Usually the Jordans carrying the “Playoffs” nickname were ones that led to an eventual championship for Mike for the post-season in which they were originally rocked. The Air Jordan VIII shown here of course fits that bill, being the shoe that His Airness had on feet during the third installment of his initial triple. The shoes currently have a June 15th release date attached, one which will be preceded by a similarly colored Air Jordan 1 ’93. Get a complete view of this “Playoffs” Air Jordan VIII style after the jump and tell us if you’re going to be picking up a pair.
Air Jordan VIII
Nice, classic, cw. Idk when they are releasing because i've heard different dates, but i'll be looking to score a pair.
Anyone interested in bow ties to match your shoes? You can find some very creative ones here:
I spoke 2nike and dem nikkaz are still saying 15th but I hope it is june29th because we got the lows this week and black grapes str8 after
Yes please everyone ignore SN and DON'T try to cop these on the 15th! that'll make for an easier pick up thank you!
called my local FL n they said the 29th but my local champs said the 15th i'mconfused but i'm definitely putting this $$$ away like yesterday
These are dope but I wish the midsole was black like the og's with the red heel tab but these would do just fine....must cop!
@Khidd I saw the same thing. I think SN is a little behind on their updates.
@SouthSideBaby wrong the 11s are the most over rated.. niggas will buy 11s even if its the ugliest color way ever
at trillsmith- i was once told, it is better to try and fail, then to fail to try. ; ) lol but nice try. stay up bro
@Sole_2_Sole not seriously, lol I only say it because I low key wanted them to drop the same day as the 5s because me being the selfish guy I am, knew not everyone would cop both on the same day. Possibly make for an easier pick up. Should've known better hah
@Sole_2_Sole yup yup house of hoops calendar has it dropping 29th also. Damn, ain't that some shit... I'm hurt hahaha
