Jordan Brand classics and specifically the Air Jordan Legacy isn’t privy to the kind of tech updates that Nike Sportswear uses on their heritage models. So while we might never see a numbered ‘Lunar Jordan’, the Jumpman has indeed managed to incorporate one of today’s hottest tech specs into the shoe that started it all. The Air Jordan 1 Mid Nouveau sports a supple leather and nubuck upper that gives the iconic silhouette a luxury appeal. The special sauce is hidden within, where a Solarsoft footbed borrowed from the likes of the Rosherun adds lightweight comfort to the time-tested recipe. Check out this subtle bred colorway after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for the Air Jordan 1 Nouveau release dates.

Bout time! I like the materials and the cw, but i'm far more amped about a comfortable retro jordan. That insole should be standard in AJ1s. I've even went as far as to put a better insole in my 3s, 5s, and 7s when i wear them. Its just a more comfortable ride. The shoes look too nice to sacrifice comfort.
