Nike Sportswear has blown the roof off Foamposite’s aesthetic potential as in the wake of the glorious ‘Galaxy’, we’ve seen a growing mass of graphic options. Here we see a new twist on that as well as a classic Posite basketballer reimagined as the top shroud comes off the Nike Flightposite Exposed. The Air Flightposite goes no-zip a decade and a half after its debut, this high-contrast zebra edition adding a red/white split along the sides in a style vaguely reminiscent of various Hyperfuses or the recently spotted two-tone KD V sample. Check out more images of the Flightposite Exposed after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for the release date.
Nike Flightposite Exposed
Good lord...if you were going to get rid of the zipper at least don't rape the rest of the shoe. Now we have no idea if a no zipper concept works because this is disgusting no matter how many zippers and shrouds are on it. There are great OG colorways and never released PEs that would look amazing...bring those back and MAYBE go without the shroud on a few. I've said it before and I'll say it again...this is Nike's response to the old joke...What's black and white and red all over? The answer is a bufued Flightposite apparently.
I HAVE to see these in person. I like the concept of them not having a zipper. Not sure what that red shit all on the side is though.. Hopefully something just for this colorway. Horrid colorway, dope shoe, lets see what they do with it.
i'm sorry, they just aren't flightposites without the zipper. so i can't even comment on the colorway yet...
If I were KG, I'd be pissed off that they were makin my original shoe to match Trukfit Pants. This must be the Lil Wayne PE (-__-)
Memba when i think garnett or ducan had these. Things was od tight but after awhile got comfy. Hopfully they release them in the cream color
agreed @BrandonEvans2. can't say i'm a huge fan with these sportswear NIke releases. a normal colorway would be solid. with the hyperflights and the flightposites now coming out tho, is anyone other than me begging nike to retro the flightposite 3's? if i had a grail, that would be it.
The only thing that is "Exposed" about this shoe is how terrible this trend of eccentric animal prints and photoshop graphics is going too far.
The design of the shoe is solid and is a nice twist to the classic flightposite. So why can't we just get some solid simple colorways like black/black , black/whte, black/silver,etc?
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite word lol
