You never know what you got till it’s gone. The Lakers know now what they had thanks to the recent loss of Dwight Howard and the injured (but rehabbing) status of Kobe Bryant. His Nike Kobe 8s are keeping busy though, testing the waters in markets other than the U.S. That’s no disrespect to the Philippines, a country that loves its basketball so much that kids are known to play better barefoot. Luckily during the upcoming UAAP basketball tournament nobody will have to what with the exclusive release of the Nike Kobe 8 PP. Featuring a muted black and grey scheme, the midsole livens things up with jagged pattering to match the lining.
