Any doubts about this Air Jordan 1 Mid colorway being a “Sonics” inspired one can pretty much be tossed out the window. The sneakers feature a stamp on the insole enshrining them in the “Formidable Foes” league, a group that presumably speaks to some of the Bulls’ toughest opponents during the era called out on the insoles (1988-1996). Remember that we’ve seen a couple other team colored Air Jordan 1 Mids in this year that called out road blocks of old for Mike and his squad, among them the Pistons and Lakers looks. See more on the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Formidable Foes” pair after the jump and tell us in the comments who else you think deserves to be in the group.
I'd like the concept if they used the team cw's on the shoes MJ wore while playing against them. ie. Utah Jazz colored 13s/14s.
these are probably for the celtics, i liked the st. patty's ones better than these for a celtics colorway though. i'm sure we will see some knicks releases with this pack as well as some suns.
These are wack. No one will see the insoles while you're rocking them anyways. Stop makin Jordan 1s. They're dead. JB killed them with too many colorways
