Joining the ‘Fear Pack’ edition on the horizon for upcoming Air Jordan IV colorways is this ‘Prism’ edition. Rumored for a 2014 drop date, these chromed-out Fours carry an opalescent shine whose rainbow effect explains the nickname. Unexplained in the image you’ll see after the jump is the shape of the toebox and obscured tooling, which suggests this photo may depict a pair that has yet to have its sole attached. Stick with Sneaker News for updates and let us know where these rank to the recent round of AJ4s that kicked off with last year’s OG Retros.
Y'all need to calm down, it´s a cleat, so it's a PE for some Jordan athlete, we are seeing these in a game or two.
when they put out trash and all of you continue to buy it, eventually the ideas get worse and worse. and then prices begin to raise. i don't see why everyone is so upset, all of you hypebeasts created this! wake up! the jordan game was dead LONG AGO! move on or keep getting robbed blind.
Hmmm. Interesting concept. (Think I can do without the "rainbow effect", bit I think it'll still be fresh) C'mon guys. Do you not remember the Olympic Air max 1? All silver and all gold sneaker equaled SICK! Looks like these may be seamless too, or at least at the toe box. (but then again its a sample) who knows
I doubt this will make it retail it looks like a pair made up in the sample kitchen just to see what it would like.
what the hell are these? the rainbow effect is gay. Id give them a 3/10 and my jordan 4 doernbechers i just picked up from coolshoeshines.com...a 10/10
They should be called Air Jordan IV "Liberace" or "Elton Johns" if you dont know who these guys are look em up and youll understand...
I hate to say it but we're seeing too many Jordans right now...I'm all for OG colorways and classic shoes coming out but how many 3s/4s/5s do we need? There are a bunch of classics that we can't seem to get our hands on and on top of that they need to start dipping into the 16s and 17s and 23s or maybe bring some more great retro+ colorways back like the white flip 3s or lightning 4s etc if they have to keep bringing these out 24/7. The Fear Pack, the Bel-Air looking stuff, the elephant print 3Lab5, the ugly green glows are just over the top right now. Bring back some Hare 7s, the 10 City Pack, The Raging Bull 5 Pack, the Chrome and Aqua 8s, Columbia 11s ETC ETC. There are plenty of colorways they haven't dropped in a long time that they don't need to drop this many garbage non-OG colorways. Some are fine and not all will be good but it seems the vast majority are garbage...crimson 3s, Suns 8s, Celtics 1s, Photo Blue 9s. In an era when any Jordan sells out in 5 seconds these can't even sell out. I left all the 6s (September Blues/Maroons/Carmine/DMP pack(should without a doubt be the holiday jordan 11 next year) and great OGs with Nike Air coming out since I assume we'll get a healthy dose of 6s next year considering if you started collecting in 2011 you could have every OG colorway of the 3-5 by September this year and so many more..
the ones claiming they ugly are the same ones who will be saying they starting to grow on me when the time comes... give shit a chance stop dawgin it cuz its not something u used too!
Yesssss! More money in the bank. Just gimme the 6's, Black Cats, and the Cool Grey 4's (rumored), and I'm good.
Not for me, but I'll buy them (just like 99% of the peopel saying these are garbage)... just to have them in the collection...
@makoscott llf Im done
True, but I think I'm more tired of seeing the same ish keep re releasing. I'd much rather cop some sick colorway that 9 times out of ten WON'T come back. These days if I miss out on an og colorway, I just say "i'll probably just catch em in about 5 more years" . I understand it needs to be done for younger generations, but us older cats need something new. Can't hate on it. If I don't like, I just don't cop
sure MJ retired a long time ago...but this is just good business strategy on the part of JB all the kids who used to watch MJ as kids maybe could ask their parents for 100 dollar shoes at the time...but now we're all in our late 20s and 30s so we wanna cop what we wanted as kids...concerning pricing well such is life, if you dont want dont cop them...but concerning these crazy ass colorways i agree there has been a lot of garbage...so im pretty selective since so much is coming out...well except when it comes to the AJ 1s as they are my favorites
@JFresh_136 ???? u think no one likes them because that's what they are saying in their comments??? LOL... this must be ur first time on a sneaker website
@JFresh_136I think what dude above was trying to say is that people will say they don't like something online to fit the status quo but in actuality be considering buying if/ once they release. We've seen it happen for the last Lebron X, & IXs when photos first surfaced.
Look dude, I don't know what the hell your problem is because you're the only one who found fault with what I said. Look at how many people had something negative to say about the shoes you chose to like, yet you find something to say about what I said. Go find something better to do.
@JFresh_136 LMFAO... why I love the net... the biggest hoe turns in to a man... keep bangin!
