Sneaker News has reported on a bunch of upcoming 2013 Air Jordan release dates over the past few days, and unless something changes, this will be the last of them. Not that there aren’t more Jordan drop days coming next year or that any of these won’t be moved, but the fact that this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG in the original ‘Banned’ black/Varsity Red is positioned with a Saturday, December 28th debut, which figures to be a ‘NIKE AIR’-branded last hurrah for a year so filled with retro heat, Jordanheads are smiling end to end. Let us know if you’ll be spending some of that Christmas cash on the OG ‘Bred’ Jordan 1s and stick with Sneaker News for the latest updates.
Air Jordan 1 Retro Hi OG
Color: Black/Varsity Red-White
Style Code: 555088-023
Release Date: 12/28/13
I like this color way but cash is king. I think I will buy 2 pair from each of my 2 plugs. Sell 3 of them for at least 2 times what I paid for them. The last pair I will keep to wear. I heard they will be hard to get so resell should be great.
This is a great way to end the year JB. The 1's are one of my favorites and the fact that these are my school colors (UC) is nothing but pure icing on top. Insta cop
Lol believe it or not these will be the most difficult release to get your hands for the year just because the colorway, after Christmas and the Nike Air on the tongue....not to mention they would be limited. Good luck trying to cop them lol
These ones were my first pair of j's but became my beaters. Have to see if ill get these but they will definitely be as crazed as the royals if not more
The 1s weren't hyped before, now all of a sudden everybody likes them ( resellers the most, 1s weren't too popular so can't really say it was the hypebeasts until now). Please do us a favor by not buying them if you don't like them!
I cant wait to wake-up early Saturday morning, attempting to buy these on four different sites just to come up empty handed.
Honestly I never really dug the 1's but imma cop these and resell for triple the retail ^.^
Yeah. I always loved the ones and it seems like until this year there wasn't even much hype around them and I figured I could get a pair without a problem. Watch. When/if they ever retro any of the 2's again, they will end up the same way.
@kshaun12 Not when I can get some dunks for 85 and some sb high for 20 bucks more
@KrisRamstrom yo same here
@Jhameed1 ^epitome of a reseller^ fuck you
@asdfjkln64 Naw the 2s woulda been hyped by now, And they would have at least released a couple color ways. The 2s are extremely underrated just like the later Jordan retros
@JFresh_136 i want them to retro the 17s and some of the countdown packs
@Jhameed1 So get a job
