Following up on Packer Shoes’ ‘Remember the Alamo’ collaboration comes another Reebok Kamikaze II whose colorway connects (at least indirectly) with basketball in Texas. This one is more indirect, as the Trinity Valley Community College (located southeast of DFW) team listed as the alma mater on all of Shawn Kemp’s cards is in fact one for whom he never played. Kemp transferred to TVCC after his career at the University of Kentucky was cut short, a fact referenced in this ‘Letter of Intent’ colorup crafted in Wildcat colors. Mix up a mint julep and invite Ashley Judd to celebrate; the ‘Letter of Intent’ Kamikaze II drops this Friday at RBK retailers like Extra Butter.
