Sometimes it’s the subtlest of customs that are the best. You know, the ones that end up looking like a sneaker that the company behind the original silhouette would actually produce. Pulling that off perfectly is the Air Jordan VIII “Aqua Home” from Mache, which ports that All-Star colorway over onto a white base. Of course the “Home” title is sort of a dubious one given that these aren’t a Chicago combo by any means. I like it. The 8's are not the most subtle shoe you'd ever see, but I dig the 'toned down' look on these. I actually do.
The lady white Aqua 8's were a lot better but I get the concept behind. They're nice. If released I'd probably get them once they've grown on me.
They ok... Wats funny is I can see JB actually doin dis... They made a Blk grape 5s to go wit da white counterpart... Why not make a white aqua 8?
@yesyesyesyesyes `They slip on very easily because of the inner bootie, you'll definitely feel the lock down once your in and laced up though
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite They did, for the ladies in 2007. They released a month before the actual Aqua's released.
@KtShowers I agree with you. Growing up I hated 8's, but now I love them. Strapped up with loose laced is my style; looks and fits the best.
