While it’s unclear just how much his opinion weighs on various releases, people have sort of assumed that Gentry Humphrey is partly responsible for the graphic route that Foamposites have taken to lately. Proving that he’s proud of his work is this sighting, wherein Gentry brought out the forthcoming Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Asteroid”-a pair that’s still without any concrete release info. Do you think that this is one of the better Gentry-era Foamposites to release or will you be passing? Let us know down in the comments and keep it locked on Sneaker News to find out when the pair pictured will be in stores.
Jeans do those shoes on justice as gentry has showed us. Foams are good for any shorts besides jorts and sweats. khakis too
there are some people that can put shit on and make it look good and some people who only sertain things work and some nothing works. theses foams can look decent if rocked right but Gentry isnt pulling it off.
I dont want patterns! I want one color on shell, maybe a gradient if were bein crazy, some nice complementary accents on the tongue, lacing system, and heel tab, and solid soles. The foams up until this year werent broken, so why you tryna fix em?
@JasonJFiendAntokal The thing is that they aren't trying to fix anything. Nike has just simply decided to change the game. At a point people would say i already have foams in this shade of blue, i'm not buying this other shade of blue. look at what happened with the coughdrops.
I love my coughdrops, but i see what youre saying. regardless there are colors they have never put on foams which they could do some awesome stuff with. I havent like a single one of these graphic foams, except for the safari, but thats more pattern than graphic
