Jordan Team 1 – 2014 Retro
As of late, Jordan Brand has been a lot more willing to re-issue styles outside of the Air Jordan legacy series. The latest curveball we’re seeing from the brand is this, the return of the Jordan Team 1. The model was one of the first ancillary shoes in the line up and made its debut back in 1997. They’ve actually been retrod once before-2002 saw a short-lived return of the model. Continue reading for a full preview of next year’s Jordan Team 1 retro and tell us in the comments if you’ll be grabbing a pair of these Jordans.

Eddie Jones, Michael Finley, Vin Baker, Derek Anderson and Ray Allen were the first ones to rock 'em out on court...
I remember there was an article written back then on the first issue of Kicks 'bout this shoe and the how MJ personally handpicked these guys to represent Jordan Brand to the fullest!!!
Always wanted a pair of it.. gotta have 'em!
i would definitly get a pair because i wasn't able to get this particular pair of jumpman i had the other ones tho...
Oh yea! I have to get these guys just because I owned this exact pair back In the gap when they first released. These bring back great memories when I was wearing um as a youngin.
I have a feelin they gonna drop all kinds of cws fa these.... I do want da white & Blk pair. I had both pair but those where my shit Cuz I had da concords & taxi 12s at da time. So a lot of white/Blk cws back then
Yes! had that exact pair in 97 for my 8th grade basketball team. I'm excited about these. Lets see if they're more than $110 though
great great..lmao....they remind me shape up shoes http://www.thembtshoesonline.net/images/large/mbtshoes/Mens-Shape-Upssho24eso0030-30_LRG.jpg
Insta-heartfelt cop. My pops and moms got me these for Christmas of that year. I think they dropped a week before Christmas if I remember. I remember pointing them out in a east bay mag before the holidays and they actually copped them. Along wit my first cd player boombox and a the Dangerous Minds soundtrack. Those were the fucking wonder years, B.
Eddie Jones did wear these joints! The freshest team Jordan ever and throw some black laces in and they go harder!
Aren't these labeled Eddie Jones shoes??? If I'm not mistaking he was the face of these. I remember these suckers went hard back in the day!
Already waiting for the "We get these before XVs and up?!" comments. What puzzles me is why retro these when I recall back in the day, wearing "Team" Jordans wasn't cool. 2013...
@Da_Real_Big_Infinite I want the white/navy/gold OG colorway too. These will forever be the Vin Baker's to me.
Yeah buddy... I was about the same except my 12's was my school colors white and red! That white and black was legit especially when we was having white & black, all white, all black party affairs! I'd throw on a black suit with those bad boys! Those black and white Vindicates
Some years later was raw too, I know you remember those suckers we about the same age
@qtbigwatts no he wore them they are actually from the Jumpman or team Jordan line
@John2581 I remember that well. Even then the Team J's felt watered down, style wise. There was always something about these that threw me off, personally. But it's classic.
@John2581 Don't you know now everything Jordan is cool :-)
I don't ever recall niggas knocking team Jordans - especially these. These back then stood apart from the Team Jordan downhill course. I'd say everything after these (and those trunners) isn't the essential team Jordans to own - and these had a above 100 price tag way back then. If I can remember correctly, JB hadnt been dropping retros out the ass yet. These pre date the Hype age
Negros getting old! The vindicates are my favorite team Jordan jumpman shoes ever... I wore those the first time I hit 20 plus points on varsity! I'm about to look on eBay to see if I can find me a white and red pair! I'll get them hoes done up
Overtimeoften... you right bruh they tripping! I don't remember nobody downing no team j's back than, my whole basketball squad had these than the next best ones was the vin baker vindicates! The shits was worn more than actual Jordan's, because us folks in the not so well off families could afford these suckers!
