Curry cited the work ethic of the UA team as part of his decision, “They share my passion for working hard and taking no short cuts. From what I’ve seen, they are extremely committed to supporting their athletes on and off the court as well as building the game’s most innovative basketball footwear that will help make my job on the court a little bit easier.” Stay tuned to see what becomes of this partnership and let us know if you’re excited to see Steph Curry join the UA fold.
This is actually a pretty good move for Steph. Given he now has a better chance of earning a signature sneaker. I'm not saying I'm happy with this move, as my initial reaction was "Noooooooooooooooo" But I respect this move. This shoe has great traction, amazing cushioning in Micro G, and is great-fitting. #NightwingKnows. So not only is this a good move financially but it is also helpful in the performance department.
