Nike ACG LunarTerra Arktos – Black – Anthracite

Something of a spiritual successor to 2009’s Ashiko, the Nike LunarTerra Arktos is the most prominent use yet of Dynamic Flywire on a Nike boot. The LunarTerra Arktos exposes those cables that the Ashiko relied upon in embedded form, and uses a similarly extreme high cut to keep you warm, dry and comfortable even in treacherous conditions. NSW designer Nate Van Hook who’s noted for models including the Air Yeezy 2 and Zoom Meriwether is behind this design, whose molded rear sections and this blackout colorway are vaguely reminiscent of that Yeezy 2 sample that just surfaced. A new performance boot that’s high on style, comfort and utility, the LunarTerra Arkatos that was available in limited numbers back at the first of the month now has wider availability at NikeStore.
