If you’re a season eBay seller you’ve probably had an auction fall through for one reason or another. But have you ever had eBay pull the plug on an item? That’s what happened to the Mofo brothers of Quebec, who had a pair of the Nike Air Foamposite One “Galaxy” up for sale last year that reached up to $96,750 before eBay removed the auction, apparently because “as first-time sellers they didn’t qualify to sell them”. What’s followed is a legal battle, as the brothers decided to go after eBay for disallowing them to get off their Galaxies.
