2013 has been perhaps the strongest year ever for the Air Jordan 1, the ‘NIKE AIR’-branded Retro High OGs joined by a full complement of brand new colorways. Several of the new styles in both low and midtop cuts have featured the same kind of embroidery-outlined Swooshes that we see on the new Jordan 1 Mids pictured above. This one also has one of the higher contrast palettes of this year’s AJ1s, thanks to the interplay of red and royal blue accents on the otherwise black/gold design. Let us know how these compare to the black/gold OGs that hit earlier in the year, then cop a pair from JB retailers like Caliroots.

The blue lining is odd, but still a pretty hot shoe, just rock them with jeans.

I kinda like the cw, but I'm wondering why it has a blue lining. Maybe it's part of some theme we're not yet aware of.
