It appears that there won’t be much of a break at all between the Kobe 8 and the Kobe 9 thanks to the “Prelude Pack”. The Nike Kobe 8 Prelude (Release date 1/25/14) features a reflective, metallic section along the tongue and on the heel counter as a metaphorical extension of the reflection that Kobe had to do while taking so much time off.
