adidas The KOBE Retro
Nike Basketball is reminding us of some of the highlights of Kobe Bryant’s illustrious career with the stunning ‘Prelude Pack’. adidas is taking the opportunity of the Black Mamba’s return to do the very same by reissuing this bold molded design that debuted at the turn of the century. This adidas THE KOBE was there for the second of the three consecutive titles Bryant won with Shaq and it was this ‘Sunshine’ colorway that he rocked in the ’01 ASG. It’s set to drop on the day after Christmas, but you could have them in your stocking before St. Nick comes down the chimney thanks to kicksclusive on eBay.
Man if you going to try and kick knowledge about the shoe game at least do your research first. You are talking about the Kobe 2, those were seamless and had no visible shoestrings like a bootie. These are the Kobe 1s bro. Dont educate when u dont even have your degree.
Gotta give worst crease award to air ones..they sell "force fields" specifically for the creasing problem
Worst creasing shoe of all time. Cut the grass in the Ogs, they creased so bad. $19 on Eastbay for all colorways.
Damn!!!!! I remember these....when he broke them out i was like "why the hell is kobe playing with banana peels on"!!!!!! LoL (back in my kobe hatin days)
U kno most shoes crease when u wear them right?... And da worse creasin shoe are without a doubt da hyper flights... They crease as soon as u slip ur foot in da shoe
Wooah, you guys are too young to know that yes, Adidas couldn't give these away when they came out! They are modeled after an Audi TT. Do you even know that's a car? I bought the black pair and the Grey pair for $40 shipped. The shoe is seemless. So no matter what you do its going to crease and crease bad. They are not like foamposites, with a hard exterior. Yes, I have sneaker force fields, shields have em all. These companies are dying laughing all the way to the bank that you want these. For a collector, not to rock these I agree, it is a good looking shoe. But $20 is a Lil high for a shelf piece.
