It’s hard to pin down exactly when the New Balance 565 debuted, because unlike most of the NB Classics lineup, this model wasn’t an OG release. It’s more based on the 1985 era that birthed the 670 and 1300, influences from both of which can be seen on the upper and sole. But even if it doesn’t have the same purebred pedigree as those cornerstones, it fits right in with this grey suede and ripstop build adding burgundy accents and a white midsole.
