How do you know a sneaker colorway theme is well constructed?  If a key detail of the design is itself significant enough to inspire further releases, you know you’re on the right track.  Examples like the Air Jordan III’s Elephant print and the Air Safari’s namesake dotting abound, but for the pair pictured above, it wasn’t a print but rather a logo that got ported over into a new style.  The ‘Chili Pepper’ Reebok Kamikaze II Mid by Packer Shoes spins off from their ‘Remember The Alamo’ ’96 ASG theme, expounding upon the pepper/Vector insignia with a fiery tonal palette that includes lime green accents representing the stem on those delicious nightshades.  Check out some additional images after the jump, then grab these fast because only a few stores in the US will have pairs, including Louisiana’s Politics.
