No, that’s not a Jordan 11. Sure, the sneaker in question has a lot in common with that iconic Jordan Brand design, but what you’re looking at is an entirely new model set to make its way into stores on March 1st, 2014: the Jordan Future. The design rides on the sole tooling for the aforementioned Air Jordan XI but wears a full woven upper across the top to give it a bit more of a lifestyle feel. Continue reading fore more images on the brand new Jordan Future, which comes complete with a glow in the dark treatment on the icy outsole and 3M hits threaded into the upper, and let us know what you think about these new Jordans down in the comments.

I'm no shoe designer but, an embossed Jumpman logo with a UV coating on top MIGHT add a lil mo value rather than just a print on the full grain leatha'
They look sick but why in the world would they put a running type shoe with flynit on the 11 base. The base of the 11s is one of the stiffest shoes ive ever worn the two just dont match but id really like to see them in a different colorway it looks tight but can you really wear something like this on the court?
These are fresh. Very unique & put together nicely. I want a better cw, but I will definitely cop these... Da 11 outsole makes them super comfy & da woven pattern frum da 15s wit make it hug ya foot nice... Very dope
These actually aren't bad, to me. They're simple and look cozy as hell, yet the detail is very intricate. The only thing I don't like is the white stitching, should've just been black, but more colorways are definitely coming. I'll always love my retros, but this is nice change and a dope shoe that I'm sure will be a coveted classic years from now. I might cop.
I will give you my opinion mikeylab from someone wearing Jordans since I was 13. It will be my honest opinion. As a Jordan fan, sneaker head, collector I am one of those who back in the day always and will love NIKE AIR JORDANS. I always got excited of the 2 main releases one in February because of Michael Jordan's birthdate and the other around October/November the start of the regular NBA season, not like today where you can get a retro almost every month. As I kid my parents gave me Jordans on my birthday in October so I was always excited about the new model coming out. Up until SLAM Magazine came out in 1994 you never new what they looked like. After SLAM released its first issue in 1994 I began another collection. Also when you came into the store believe it or not you never had to line up. When my Mom bought me me 4's, 5's, 6's and on I never lined up.
Anyways sorry to bother you with my life but my point was every Jordan from the 3's and on were always amazing in design and quality.
With these JORDAN FUTURE I understand the combination of the fly-knit technology becasue of what is "IN" right now. In other words go with the fad.
Just like when Reebok came up with the "PUMP" gimmick Nike actually followed suit with their version which I believe was worn by now retired NBA legend, hall of famer and champion David Robinson.
During the early days of the Air Jordan was only 1 technology for the longest time the NIKE AIR POCKET. Air Jordan didn't follow the popularity of the Reebok Pump and have an Air Jordan Pump.
My main problem with the Future is this Fly-Knit is not the future but the NOW!!! A lot of the running shoes have these and so will the new KOBE BRRYANT 9's next month. But I am so disappointed in the FUTURE AIR JORDAN because of the lower design of the Air Jordan XI's.
To me the previous model XX8 was more of a future design than these current FUTURE JORDANS. I do understand my Jordan's very well and know the zippered sleeve technology used on the XX8 was not the first.
I hope that answers your question mikeylab. Simply put they glued the FLY-KNIT upper with and XI lower,
I will get these because hypebeast and new sneakerheads that like only retros will pass up on the uniqueness and the tech involved in the shoe. I will make them look good just like I do the XX8s.
Gotta see them in person. They would have been better off throwing a modified flightplate and proplated zoom on these. The 11 out and mid don't flow with the upper.
@kmaze they look like house shoes lol
going to get these just for the green glow in dark sole, then sole swapping them with the jordan 11 snakeskins (green) that are coming out.
These are fucking hideous. The fact that the try to put woven, flyknit, and an airmax unit on ever shoe is ridiculous. Never in life would you catch me wearing these. Smh.
Actually like these not sure about putting the XI sole on them (jb probably utilizing hypebeast factors) but i reckon they look pretty dope hopefully more cw's will show up... like light brown upper with carolina blue sole....
seems they want a shift from retros. to 6 rings and this future, but they got to be on court or else its not much of a true baller shoe, its just jb's branding into other market, which is understandable economically- BUT kickheadwise its a flop , or is it ???
I never thought I'd want anything AJ since the VI, but these are fire. Woven, a crazy lacing system, and an outsole that looks insane. Please let me be the only one liking these-- I don't want to get sucked into any stupid raffle/wait-in-line nonsense.
I do think these are nice for a non retro I can't remember the last time I've seen a non retro that I've actually liked they are light flexable and overall have a clean look to them I'm sure these are probably great to run and ball in but that price tag will keep me from copping if these were going for 125$ I think that would be more reasonable I think most people are going to pass so these are going to sit on racks especially with all the 6's that are comming out this year so it's pretty funny that this shoe is called the future because I see Nike outlet in this shoes future
Didn't nike sportswear execute this better like 2 or 3 years back....and call it the Inneva Woven? I think so.
Sidenote: Judging from the comments jordan fan doesn't know that nike has had a shoe like this out for about 2 years because jordan fan only knows jordan. hahahaaaahaha
@awillis89 these are off court models
@tenten that's not flyknit. that's just a woven upper, not flyknit.
@tenten Cool story bro tell it again
@tenten cool story, but these are lifestyle Jordan's, not on court game shoes. I wouldn't mind if they were, but they're not.
@baby gerald I don't think you'll have to worry about that
@sneaker freak learn to punctuate.
@Just_A_Person you sound stupid...2 or 3 years back? wow...the Jordan 15s had this weave pattern about 14 years ago...and the weave from the 15s is almost identical to this one...the inneva woven doesn't even look close...go back and do your HW
@baby gerald if you are in US, you will have some left :D I'm in UK and I am getting all of their stock up here :D
