With the 2014 FIFA World Cup arriving in Brazil this summer, Nike is readying the masses with a number of releases to build up the anticipation, whether it be the recent Nike Tiempo ’94 Mid Pack or the return of that silhouette altogether. Now it looks like the Nike SB Lunar Gato, formerly a football shoe turned skate model thanks to the inclusion of the lunar technology to give skaters that extra cushion, will get on the action with this World Cup release that should make all the France fans out there more than happy. With a vibrant deep royal blue suede upper, the shoe gets a white lunar midsole treatment to help offset that classic gum sole while accents of light crimson hit the branding on the tongue and the back heel. Can we expect more country themed colorways atop this model in the future? Stick with us after the click to get a better look and know that you can grab your pair today via Flatspot.
