With all the attention being paid to Michael Jordan’s tenure with the CHW minor league affiliate Birmingham Barons during this 20th anniversary of his move from basketball to baseball, it’s only natural that we’d see some form of the Air Jordan XI ’45’ sample involved. There has been no official release info (and because 11s are typically a Christmas season release, any Barons style would be unlikely at best), so one customizer took it upon himself to get the job done. This ‘Chicago White Sox’ Jordan 11 by Sole Swap gives us a dope black/grey colorway with white details, including that famed ’45’ and the South Siders’ insignia on the insoles. Click in for a closer look, let us know if you’d be interested in a baseball or otherwise retirement-themed AJXI and stick with Sneaker News for all the latest custom designs.
