Extra Butter x Asics Gel Lyte V “Snake Charmer” Reveal – Event Recap

February 10th, 2014 by / 6

The Extra Butter x Asics project is nearly complete-the only brick that still needs to fall into place is this evening’s online release of the Asics Gel Lyte V “Snake Charmer” at 8PM EST. To celebrate the culmination of their efforts, the Extra Butter team recently held an event in their new LES location that served as a reveal for the latest model and as a display space for the pairs that preceded it. Continue reading to get a recap from the Extra Butter x Asics Gel Lyte V “Snake Charmer” even and then tell us in the comments what’s been your favorite pair from the group to date.

Too much butter will kill you! So will trying to hard. Fail. My opinion doesn't matter bc no one cares what's going on here. No hard feelings ... Fail. #tryingtohard #lame #usinghastagstobecool #sucks

@TinkerHasFailed  i care, extra butter is for a small group of people in NY with taste. You stick to your hyped jordans, go camp or something for cheap materialized jordans.

I dislike Jordans or any other moon boot. But honestly the colours on these are awful and I mean every single pair, they got 5 tries and couldn't get one right. In the UK butters can mean ugly so the name really couldn't be more fitting.
