Steph Curry’s switch to Under Armour this season definitely raised some eyebrows within the sneaker community, but the move looks to have payed off for both sides as UA’s foray into performance basketball sneakers has seen immense growth. With the playoff stretch in sight, the All-Star weekend gives players plenty of needed rest, but for big brands the weekend serves as an opportunity to showcase their latest and greatest. This Sunday, Warriors sharp-shooter Steph Curry will play in his first All-Star game and will don this pair of the UA Anatomix Spawn “Purple Voodoo”. The shoe pays homage to the mystery and spiritism of New Orleans’ infamous voodoo culture with the purple representing strength and wisdom and indigo playing into voodoo’s roots as a sacred color of removing evil. What do you think of this new scheme atop one of UA’s more formidable hoops models? Hit the click for a better look and grab yours today and Under Armour.
