Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 – Grey Suede – Red
The Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 has already ticked the OG box in 2014 by making its way to shelves in that beloved “Hot Lava” colorway. There is much more on the way for the sneaker though, and not all of it stays within those lines. Pictured here is a new version of the shoe featuring a suede colorway on top and a red shade for the sole kit that make them an ideal candidate for Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” sole swapping. Continue reading to see a full photo of the shoes and watch for more info on this upcoming Air Tech Challenge II on Sneaker News.
the sole is orange on these..not red lol folks still saying this is a cross between nike & yeezy lol the yeezy was pretty much made off of this shoe and just tweaked out a bit
@sneakernews Nice one
@sneakernews Kanye x Andre x Nike
@sneakernews nigga be like " that's the red October sole"
@sneakernews what is the challenge
Nike is thirst trapping with this one. Still reminds me of "Pigeons" over everything, would be nice if the sole was orange. I'll get me a pair regardless.
@Sneakerpedia i fucks with these
@Sneakerpedia hope its not an impossible buy
@Sneakerpedia Yezzys bottoms .
@sneakernews air yeezy 2 sole looks hella similar.
wow, people have no idea these are agassis..
"left over yeezy sole?"
but yeah these colorways have been WEAK,
US opens have been the nicest ones yet, but all the reseller friends of niketown mercer employees, ate all those up.
yo they playin, tryna fuck wit us. just release a damn all red colorway. this color combo is turrible.
You damn hypebeasts... ya'll know that these existed way before yeezy... Ya'll needa step up on your knowledge... weak kids.
i put money on it, if em' hoe$ were all Red suede with the red bottoms everyone would be like "i'm coppin' " just cause people couldn't get the Red Yeezy II last month. but they still look DOPE though.
@Bjorn645 it is because the yeezy soles were inspired by this shoe's.
Everybody knows that these are way before even the thought of a Yeezy shoe. You people need to relax. Half of the people on here, including myself, aren't even old enough to remember the original release of the shoe, but we still know what came first. It's not like we walk around saying that Jordan 6s use leftover Jordan Flight Club 91 soles. We know what came first and the significance of what shoe. Just a joke because they spontaneously decided to use an all red sole now.
@soILLitsADVISED because they released an OG shoe in a new colorway? what is there to be ashamed about.
@Austin D. An original shoe along with a new colorway is never a bad recipe. The shame comes in not being able reach a mutual deal with a former "partner" if I may say, yet capitalizing from an idea that was not originally yours but your previous partner's. Also "Right" after the release of a product that partner had a major hand in...but no longer receives any profit from. Some call it stealing, some call it luck of the opportunist....
*facepalm* @badgerbiscuits bruh -_- all the indirect clues led you to Andre Agassi...? I'm talkin about the use of the all red sole of the ATC II. Nike is capitalizing from the attention the sole of this shoe along with the upper of another garnered. Had they made use of an all red ATC II sole prior to the most recent Yeezy 2 release, there would be nothing to be ashamed about. This is like offering a woman a certain type of flower after findin out from your mans who happens to not talk to her anymore. You ain't smooth, you just tryna get in them pants fast. The general public is the woman, your pockets would be the pu**y. And nike is the thirsty seconds dude offerin flowers or an all red ATC II sole.
Btw I was talkin about K. West if you haven't got it by now.
@soILLitsADVISED wtf are you talking about? andre agassi is still signed with nike, this is why we are seeing retros along with new colors.
