This week has been an interesting one of the Kanye West adidas YEEZi project. West made headlines earlier in the week when he showed up at the adidas Global Brand Conference, performed a set, and promised attendees that “In June we’ll see the new Yeezys”. According to High Snobiety, June is when the sneakers will be presented internally at adidas – not released. On top of that, adidas is apparently planning the official release for Spring 2015, with a first silhouette from the collection possibility arriving as soon as Fall/Winter 2014. Continue reading for a clip of Kanye speaking on his adidas YEEZi collaboration and stick with us for updates.

Please spare me with all of the suspense. People are determined to make this release a fiasco. The marketing tactics in the sneaker world is just downright comical at times.

Honestly, ...NOBODY would give a fuck about "Yeezys" (Nike/or Adidas) if it wasn't for the Hype behind them and their resell value. Truth hurts!

@Cop em and Rock em  wrong. I actually like the shoe design of the yeezys, i love the glow in the dark, bumpy spine, anaconda side panels, color schemes, and detail put into the shoe from under the strap to the horus logo. Im one who is all for the mass production of the Nike air yeezy 2s. Id buy all three i don't care if  they sat on shelves id wear them proudly.

@Cop em and Rock em  honestly this is getting old, "I'm gonna go around and tell everybody I don't f with the hype so they know I'm a real sneakerhead."

@daniners49 @Pharaoh Ever @Cop em and Rock em I dont think it matters that its cheap to make them

Its cheap because its made in asian countries where salary for workers are low

And they cant make them from gold they have to use materials that are capable of forming the design that designer made and they have to be comfortable

And the resell price is high because its a limited edition and the demand is high

So whats wrong with this if people are willing to pay the price the seller will make the price high

And I really love the shoes the design its great and I dont personally have the money to buy them but I dont complain that its too expensive and all this talk

If you want them just get the money and get the things you want

Stay positive :)
