The Air Jordan IV “Oreo” from 1999 was one of the first new Air Jordan Retro colorways in history. This new take on the AJ4 features a perforated leather window opposed to the signature netting on the upper, with the “cookies and cream” speckling giving these the “Oreo” nickname. Sources say that this same colorway is indeed re-releasing in 2015 (the 1999 version is above, 2015 Retro below), so if you missed out on these the first time around, your next opportunity will be arriving soon. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for more Jordan Release Dates and updates on this Air Jordan 4 and let us know what you think.

Beautiful shoe! Very happy about the news of the return of this colorway but I'm very worried about how Nike will find a way to make these impossible to get. Instacop, Robocop!

Just when I thought I was going to retire from the game they pulled me back in

I wonder if Nike will add the netting or nah.

If Jordan brand put "quality leather" on 'em the price will surely be similar to resell prices.

idk... looks more like "tumbled" leather than tumbled leather. and the smooth toebox was one of my favorite parts of the old retro+ 4's, more boxy now but that's to be expected... dope idea to bring these back tho definitely! i just can't stand the thought of every kid having these and thinking theyr'e new

@greghall024 "tumbled" indeed. It wouldn't be an official retro unless inferior leather is used, lol.

These and the Columbias are the best IV's ever made! The quality of tumbled leather used was insane! The OGs just get better and better with age because of the high quality leather when it conditions!!!

Hope they keep it just like this. JB likes to make dumb last minute changes sometimes.  Looking forward to them.
