Cambridge-based sneaker boutique Concepts completes its two-pronged “The Phoenix” concept with this Saturday’s release of the Asics Gel Lyte V. The Greek mythological tale of “The Phoenix” may have been missed with last weekend’s first release of the Pack, but this upcoming drop completes the story as it represents the nest that the creature, which lives for 500-1,000 years, incinerates as it is reborn. CNCPTS confirms that the shoes will be available exclusively in-store on Saturday, August 9th and less than 500 pairs will be distributed, so stay tuned for more updates on the release and take a look at the gallery of photos below.

CW is meh. But the cement outsole is pretty damn special.

Straight up grandpa shoes yo. The box is nice but the shoe is way undeserving.

I must say the collabs are coming out way too much. These are nice and with a extremely limited run they will sell out but there's nothing special about these or the last release.
