NIGO x adidas Originals Stan Smith Velcro

Nigo is to the three stripes as Hiroshi Fujiwara is to the Swoosh. Each bring an unexpected creative touch to staples time and time again. This go-around the former head of A Bathing Ape takes the adidas Stan Smith and ditches the traditional lacing system for three velcro straps. It takes us back to the days of learning to tie up our own shoes in the GS years. The rest of the silhouette maintains the classic traditionalism of the white and green aesthetic while an off white outsole adds a vintage effect. Grab a better view below.
