Nike owns multi-color knit, period. But adidas is taking the rainbow-blasted woven uppers and running with it (albeit in light spurts) because we’ve seen it hit the Chinese New Year colorway earlier this year, and it looks like the brand might have another one up its sleeve soon. This adidas Ultra Boost lacks the CNY logo on the tongue and instead features the classic adidas Performance logo, but the red heel-cap is an indication that these might be part of the annual celebration. The “multi-color” Primeknit is unique in that it is featured on the underlay, with white knit shrouding some sections of the toe for a unique take on this popular textile. We’ll let you know if these ever release, but in the mean-time, enjoy the photos ahead.

adidas has fallen to third place for market share in north america and yet they dont release stuff like this. I don't understand. A lot of people would buy this yet they refuse to release it. Sorry but this isn't the 90's and Adidas doesn't have someone like MJ signed. The demand for some of their stuff is there but that demand will go to disappointment soon given how little supply there actually is.
