Over 8 years into the Hyperdunk series, Nike Basketball has made the latest silhouette one of their top priorities, dropping the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 in Low, High, and Elite forms that are all sure to be big hits throughout this upcoming basketball season given the comfortable Zoom Air cushioning system throughout. If that wasn’t enough Hyperdunk madness for you, Nike Sportswear also brought back the original 2008 silhouette for a premium lifestyle redux known as the Nike Hyperdunk Lux.

The Nike Hyperdunk Lux remixes the original 2008 Nike Hyperdunk with a combination of synthetic leather on the upper, woven side panel constructions, embossed Swoosh branding, hidden 3M reflective detailing, and supportive Dynamic Flywire throughout. That’s a lot of technology to take in on a silhouette that looks so naturally simplistic given the monochromatic colorways we’ve seen thus far. Now the Hyperdunk Lux is back in a new “Game Royal” shade that boasts additional reflective tooling on the toecap for a nice added detail.
