It only makes sense that Vans would give Odd Future frontman Tyler, the Creator his own sneaker sooner or later. Later seems to be the case in this instance, as the sneaker has been pretty slow to make its way to retail. Tyler has taken to Instagram once again, this time promising that the sneakers will be in stores for June. Shown here is the blue colorway from his set, one that presumably lines up the closest with his personal preferences. Continue reading to see some extra details on the Tyler, the Creator x Vans Old Skool shoe and tell us if you’re excited for them to hit stores.

The post-season has slowed quite a bit, with just four teams left in the race. As the conference finals have started off with a bang, so too has the sneaker game of the gentlemen left in it. Out West Manu Ginobli went for a switch up between the Nike LeBron 9 and the Nike LeBron X, Matt Bonner kept the New Balance dream alive, and Quincy Pondexter showed up on court wearing the adidas Real Deal. In the East LeBron of course dominated headlines, donning yet another exclusive of his Nike LeBron X Elite model. Other notables included Ray Allen doing his thing in the Air Jordan XX8, Dwyane Wade’s further flaunting of his Li-Ning deal, and DJ Augustin’s constant Air Jordan IV fare. Get all these and more after the jump in this edition of NBA (Playoffs) Feet.

The Miami Heat are showing a rare chink in their armor at the moment, currently battling it out in overtime against the Pacers. LeBron James seems to have picked up another pair of Nike LeBron X Elite joints during that long break from the NBA action that he recently enjoyed-a white and black speckle version on display here. The sneakers go pretty light on the reddish tones from the Heat’s palette, injecting those shades most prominently up near the lacing system. See LeBron’s Eastern Conference Finals Nike LeBron X Elite PE sneakers after the jump and tell us how they rank amongst his recent wears.

LeBron James is a man that’s no stronger to soaring through the atmosphere-usually right before crashing down on a hoop, basketball in hand. Putting his sneakers up in the air is this new pair from District Customs, the Nike LeBron 9 Low “Horizon”. The shoes get a cloudy print across their upper, one that sweeps in and out of a bunch of different colors between the left and the right. Check out the Nike LeBron 9 Low “Horizon”, a project that started out as the “Easter” colorway, right after the jump and keep it locked on Sneaker News for more compelling customs on the daily.

Forget about the red Nike Air Yeezy 2, if you’re a real Kanye fan you’ve gotta get your hands on the bronze version of the shoe. That’s right, the latest bit of Yeezy art is this, a 7.5 x 12 x 4 inch recreation of the immaculate rapper sneaker that has been such a hot topic this week due to Kanye’s all-red appearance during the season finale of Saturday Night Live. This version, of course, isn’t wearable at any degree, but it makes for a sweet conversational piece or a stylish paper weight. This patinated bronze sculpture seems to be signed by the sculptor himself, so check out the cool video with “Gold Digger” playing the background and inquire about a purchase directly from the from1secret gallery.

The Nike KD VI will arrive this summer, stretching out the release setup a little bit for Nike Basketball’s marquee sneakers. The pair is set to hit shelves in July, complete with a lowcut design that we imagine will be running rampant during the summer months. All signs point to this yellow/teal version being one of the debut colorways-in fact it’s the only one we’ve caught wind of so far. Continue reading for a full set of images on the Nike KD VI and grab this early pair from simon-llo on eBay.

The Nike Air Trainer SC II High is getting a series of NFL inspired colorways. Interestingly enough, the teams paid tribute to across the trio don’t really have anything to do with Bo Jackson. That detail suggests that they might be part of a wider pack, one that will eventually touch on every team in the NFL in the same manner as last year’s extended NFL Pack of releases. Check out the Nike Air Trainer SC II High “Dolphins”, “Vikings”, and “Jaguars” joints after the jump and keep in mind that you can pick up all three now from 95soleman on eBay.

It seems as if the LeBron’s next shoe is also planning a bit of a lifestyle takedown. Shown here is what appears to be the Nike LeBron XI NSW Lifestyle, a sneaker that riffs off the overall shape of the Nike LeBron XI while totally switching out the materials. Instead of that bulky Armorposite plating there’s a clean mixture of brown leather wrapping the upper. It took a long time into the lifespan of the current Bron sig for us to ever see the lifestyle alternate, so a sample popping up this early for the eleventh is indeed a bit strange. The first sight of the shoe comes serendipitously on the same day that Darrin Crascenzi, designer of the LeBron crown logo, was named to Fast Company’s list of Most Creative People. Check out the Nike LeBron XI NSW Lifestyle after the jump and stay tuned to Sneaker News for updated info as soon as it’s available.
