Earlier this month we gave you a glimpse at the Nike Air Max Rise in the black/white-varsity royal color way. Here is a look at the black/white-varsity red and white/black-varsity red versions. Brandon Roy of the Portland Trail Blazers has been wearing these for home and away games, repping the team’s “Young Guns” nickname thanks to the heel logo. As opposed to the suede upper of previous versions we’ve seen, these Air Max Rise’s feature leather uppers, with a patent leather ankle strap and multi-colored red and black laces. The swoosh can be found on the side panel as well as a black and red carbon fiber heel, visible air unit and red gradient strip running along the midsole. Look for both pairs to hit select retailers such as FootLocker this month.

If you have been keeping up, we have been bringing you plenty of great collaborations with Reebok for their 20th anniversary of the Reebok Pump. The latest installment is a collabo with KICKS HAWAII. These Pumps get their inspiration from a traditional Hawaiian saying “Mai Hula ‘Oe I Kokua O Ke Kai” which translates to “never turn your back on the ocean.” They have taken this saying and turned it into a great design for the Reebok Pump. These Pumps feature a blue and white tonal upper consisting of leather and patent leather. Some more unique design elements included are the blue gradient laces that are a nod to the ocean theme, and the speckled midsole that sits atop a gum outsole. KICKS HAWAII flagship store will be holding a release party for these Reebok Pumps on Friday November 20th. 31 pairs in total will be sold with 10 pairs going on their online shop. Via Freshness

Yesterday we gave you a look at half of the Nike Valentines Day Pack. Here Is the other half, a pair of women’s Nike Vandals that get the same treatment as the Court Forces. The upper consists of white leather with a plaid toe box and side panels with a purple and red strap. There is also a strip of back patent leather that follows the stitching all over the shoe from the toe to the lace holes. Again the design elements that make up these Vandals is a more minimal approach to the Valentines Day theme and is executed nicely. Look for these to hit stores in time for February 14th festivities. Here is a look at a limited edition Supra Vaider in collaboration with the upcoming movie Armored, staring Laurence Fishburne and Matt Dillon. These movie-inspired sneakers use colors from the movie and use some interesting materials as well. The upper is made of a carbon fiber material that contrasts off a rich red lather heel panel, and what appears to be 3M reflective side panels. If these Vaiders catch your eye it will be a bit tricky to obtain a pair, due to the fact there are only 30 pairs being produced for the cast and crew of the film. via Freshness

You don’t have to be a sneaker expert to know about the release of the RESN x Nike SB Dunk High ‘Gucci’ which seems to be this year’s most anticipated Nike SB release. The demand for these SB Dunk Highs come mostly from the fact that only 24 pairs of the original model were produced. Although the 2009 version stays very true to the 2005 originals there are a few design differences. The most noticeable difference is the tightly stitched and less frayed denim used to construct the upper, as well as a black heel tab instead of red. These recently sold out on Kix-Files, and are already hitting select U.S. SB accounts like DQM as we speak, so keep an eye out.
