With the classic Air Jordan 1 out in a new Olympic colorway and releasing today as part of the Air Jordan Countdown Pack, another version was recently produced by Jordan Brand. This bright colorway features a solid red leather upper, a dark army green and black swoosh, and a white midsole. The shoe is completed with atypical dark army green laces. For those of you wondering, the Premier in the title represents the use of the supreme level leathers and materials for the shoe. In person, this colorway can be mistaken for being a Gucci collaboration or at least inspired colorway due to the colors and the higher end materials. Look for it this coming November 8th, 2008.

With a red/white pair of Nike Zoom LeBron Ambassadors being profiled earlier this month, three additional colorways of one of LeBron James’s newest sneakers have been confirmed. Among these pairs are traditional black/white and black/black colorways, along with a Team USA-like navy blue/white version with a laser-detailed midsole. As far as the design, the sneaker contains a clean, quilted side panel, a mesh tongue, Nike’s Zoom Air Technology sole, finished with a LeBron logo near the ankle. Using a new concept for this Shifter model, skateboarding brand Emerica has created somewhat of a hybrid, combining a boot with a skate sneaker. The uppers of the shoe, derived from a boot, are made of black leather, while the sole is flat and grippy, like that of a skate shoe. This sneaker combines the best of both worlds and can be worn for numerous purposes, whether it be for skating or for fashion. The pair is topped of with round black boot laces and is available now at CaliRoots.

Continuing with their Chad Muska Skytop releases, Supra has looked more towards durability on this sneaker, using TUF waxed canvas on the uppers. Able to take a beating, TUF material is said to be indestructible, making the sneaker perfect for the avid skateboarder still wanting to stay in fashion. The uppers are a nice black color, while a white midsole finishes the sneaker. The pair is scheduled to release next year, as it was seen in our Supra Spring 2009 Preview, although CaliRoots has gotten an early shipment.

Perfect for the rainy season, this Nike SB Dunk Low features Gore-Tex uppers, which is a material best known as being waterproof. The upper contain a subtle, light grey shade combined with a clean midsole and fresh white laces. The heel/ankle is the lone part of the sneaker containing suede, while the tongue is made of the usual stuffed mesh. Missing from the sneaker are the traditional perforations usually located on the toe, which are not particularly needed because of the Gore-Tex’s breathability. There is no word yet on a scheduled release date. via Colmilludo
