The Spurs managed another post-season sweep out West as that team and their eclectic bunch of sneakers closed out the Grizzlies’ hopes of advancing. Wears out there included Matt Bonner sticking to his New Balance guns, Tony Parker in his Peak sneakers, and Tim Duncan standing strong as one of adidas’ biggest names still in it. Meanwhile the East has been a bit contentious, with last night’s match resulting in a 2-2 split. While in Indiana LeBron James pulled out a brand new PE of the Nike LeBron X, one sporting a handmade message across the side (More on that later). Get a full recap of all these wears via the NBA Feet photos after the jump and let us know who you’re hoping for in the Pacers/Heat series.

Fresh off the Crazy Light 3 reveal, adidas Basketball gives us another colorway for its lightweight counterpart.  The adidas Crazyquick comes through with a color scheme that would work for Dwight Howard should he decide to stay with the LA Lakers, where former Three Stripes star Kobe Bryant has played his entire career.  The release date on these is every bit as uncertain as Howard’s free agency this summer: we know it’s going to happen, and have a good idea of the possible destinations, but we’ll have to stay tuned to find out.  Click through for more and let us know if the Crazyquick dropping June 1st is on your summer ball list.

adidas Originals has at least two snakeskin Shelltoes on the way for the second half of 2013 after kicking off the year with a duo of Chinese New Year designs in January.  So even though there’s some relevant immediate history, the adidas Consortium Superstar 80s ‘Back in the Day’ pack reaches a bit further into the past.  The look of these white nubuck Superstars with snake Stripes hearkens back to the model’s era of origin, which is further emphasized with graffiti on the insoles.  Let us know which looks best after seeing all three below, and check back with Sneaker News for updates as we approach the June 8th launch.

adidas just released a trio of similarly colored basketball retros, each of them dressed up in some crazy blue and pink mixtures. Usually when that sort of thing happens there’s a theme hanging out in there somewhere, but we can’t really put our finger on any unifying story for this one. Shown is the adidas Real Deal from the group, a sneaker that’s very much been launched back into the collective conscious of the sneaker-loving world thanks to the frequent NBA wears going on. See a full set of images on this new adidas Real Deal pair that just released and keep in mind that CNCPTS has them in stock as we speak.

adidas Crazy Light 3

adidas crazy light 3 02 adidas Crazy Light 3

After going “Quick” for a minute, adidas is now shifting back to the “Light” side of things with the adidas Crazy Light 3. The shoe keeps the same fast, angular upper as its predecessor while letting the geometry of the panels breathe just a little bit more. The shoes are still oozing with adidas’ various technology, from the Sprintframe upper shell to the miadidas integration revealed by the logo on the outsole. Like the adidas Crazy Light 2, this latest third model makes use of a number of ventilated panels on the upper, which plays a major role in weight reduction to create an even more lighter package. The three-stripes logos are again anchored at the heels and the straight angular cut of the ankle remains, which, quite frankly, makes the Crazy Light 3 a bit too similar in design to the CL2. Is the adidas Crazy Light 3 a worthy successor to the popular Crazy Light line, or is the design evolution moving a bit too slow? Continue reading for a first look at the adidas Crazy Light 3 and keep it locked on Sneaker News to get the official imagery of this Summer/Fall release as soon as it’s available.

nba feet may 27 2013 25 NBA Feet – Around the League – 5/24 – 5/26

As the West looks lopsided (Spurs 3-0 at the moment) the East continues to provide a compelling matchup in the Heat/Pacers, with the former winning back home court advantage last night and going up to 2-1. They also might be the most compelling team sneaker-wise that’s still in it: LeBron James continues with the Nike LeBron X exclusives, Dwyane Wade is still teasing us with his Li-Ning stuff that you can’t catch in the US just yet, and Ray Allen remains ever the Jordan Brand faithful via his Air Jordan XX8s. Elsewhere in the playoffs you had a random assortment of Hyperdunks, Crazyquicks, Hyperposites, and more. Continue reading to catch em all and let us know which was your favorite pair in this edition of NBA Feet.
