Nike ID‘s crown jewel remains the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke, that big ticket item that lets you go crazy with the Uptown silhouette at a lofty price. Playing with the cork option again, frequent customer of the 21 Mercer studio Slovadon came up with this. The creation is very much a flip of his “Reverse Cork”, maintaining the usage of that crocodile leather and, of course, their namesake material. Click through for more on the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke “Cork” and give us a shout in the comments if you like what you see.

Rasheed Wallace entered his second retirement this year, announcing his withdrawal from the game after a short season out in NYC with the Knicks. The season wasn’t too short for Nike to whip up some special sneakers for him though, as we saw Wallace take to the court a couple of times in some awesome Nike Air Force 1 “Sheed” variations. It looks like a couple styles in that vein will hit NYC this week-as 21 Mercer has promised the arrival of what appears to be the Nike Lunar Force 1 High “Sheed” in both Knicks home and away colors for this Wednesday, May 29th at 6PM. Let us know if you’re excited on the pairs based on these teasers and stay tuned for more info.

The Nike Air Force 1 is a sneaker that’s proven to hold up pretty well over time. For example: since they predate the whole visible Air era you don’t really have to worry about the exploding soles happening. This vintage pair, a Nike Air Force 1 High apparently released in 1983, proves their sturdiness (Look ma, no yellowing!). Get with us after the jump to see a full photo set on this vintage Nike Air Force 1 High and let us know in the comments if you think you could get some actual wear out of the 30 year old gem. Also, if you feel like adding them to the collection then hit up mitsenfbitte on eBay.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low has slowed down ever so slightly after dominating 2012 with releases at a breakneck pace. This latest style itself has a more relaxed composition, as the AF1 Low takes on a timeless mix of canvas upper, reinforced eyelets and gum outsole. This is a casual cornerstone with no expiration date, the kind of colorway you’ll wish you’d doubled up on in a few years after having lovingly worn these so often. Check them out in more photos after the jump and get ready when this style previously only available in Europe arrives at US Nike Sportswear retailers on Saturday, June 15th.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Puerto Rico” will release on June 1st, 2013. The sneakers will arrive a little bit before the grand festivities of the Puerto Rican Day Parade, allowing you to show up to that even with some proper footwear. The pair raises the bar pretty high as far as what’s allowed on a retail release for a pair of Uptowns what with its icy sole, baseball stitching, and lasered sections. Continue reading to get a better look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Puerto Rico” and watch for them in stores like Social Status soon or see what’s available now on eBay.

The hologram look seems prepped to be a salient one in Nike Sportswear’s catalog moving forward. No doubt the most eye-popping is of course the Nike Vis Zoom Hyperlight “Hologram”. Toning the theme down a fair amount is this, a Nike Air Force 1 Low creation that goes all lenticular on us via the mid panel and the heel tab. Aside from that it’s a very muted affair, mixing in a steely set of greys and blacks. See more on the shoes right after jump and check back in with Sneaker News to find out when the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Hologram” will be releasing.

Ostrich leather arrived as May’s Nike Air Force 1 iD special option, and today we have a handful of samples that demonstrate what’s possible with this notably nubby material. As you see from looking at these two fairly restrained colorways, both Air Force 1 High and Low are available in either traditional AF1 or Lunar Force 1 builds. Ostrich can be mixed with smooth leather to make the quill bumps even more striking, which is the whole point here with simple colorways adding a subtle if slightly wild twist. Stick with Sneaker News for the latest and let us know how these compare to last month’s pony hair zoo.

The whole “What The” concept is one we’ve seen spread to a ton of sneakers by now. The mash-up theme, originally hitting on the Nike SB Dunk Low, is one we’ve seen come from the NIKE iD scene a few times as well. Here’s one of those, a Nike Air Force 1 Low from the supreme Bespoke level of customization created by DJ Clark Kent and featured in the film Lottery Ticket. Get a refresher on the sneakers after the jump and check out the pair available now from hennyxo119 on eBay.
