The Air Jordan 3Lab5 is donning just a little bit of OG flavor by putting on this “Metallic” colorway, which is set to release next weekend. Now that it’s crossed over to the original colorways, can you imagine what such a pair would like like in a “Grape” or “Fire Red” palette? We probably won’t ever see that happen, but there are likely a few of you that have your fingers crossed for such a concoction. In the meantime you’ll have to settle for the Jordan 3Lab5 “Metallic”, so check out the photos below and see if you can’t find them on eBay now.

air jordan 5 shoe covers Air Jordan 5 Inspired Footwear For Cyclists

You can now wear a pair of Air Jordan 5s and not have it get in the way of your cycling activities. This new product from FYXO, the closest predecessor to which are those Air Jordan socks that seem to show up every season, mimics the lines of that classic Tinker silhouette for slip-on shoe covers. The explicit use is for biking purposes as mentioned, but you could also just slip them over a pair of beaters to give them an extended lifeline as a pair of near-Jordans. Continue reading for imagery on the these shoe covers and then buy yours from FYXO.

air jordan shine varsity red Jordan Brands $400 Sneaker Releases Next Weekend

Wallets will be tested next weekend with the release of the new Jordan Shine, a sneaker that is set to be the single most expensive pair of Jordans at retail ever released (Excluding certain packs of course). Will folks snap them up quickly, or are they destined for discounts? Plenty have proven their willingness to pay that much for Air Jordan releases on the secondary market, so it’s certainly not that outlandish for them to sport that sort of price tag from the jump. Continue reading for a detailed look at the two debut pairs and watch for spots like Sneaker Politics to release them on 7/26.

Jordan Future – Grey – Black

July 17th, 2014 by | 15 comments

jordan future grey black 01 Jordan Future Grey Black

The Jordan Future hasn’t gotten too terribly creative with the color blocking as of yet – the sneakers have more often than not stuck with a monochromatic upper. This upcoming pair switches up the equation by pouring some black into the lining and the asymmetric lacing set up, with the resulting color combination having them looking sort of “Barons” like. You’ll also notice that the weave is of a thicker persuasion than that found on the standard pairs, and the sole on bottom is clearer than what we’re used to. Find more photos of them below and stay tuned to find out what becomes of this Air Jordan Future pair.

The relatively small number of collaboration Air Jordans will tick up this summer with the release of this, the Public School x Air Jordan 1 “PSNY”. The sneaker was crafted by Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne of the eponymous label, and will show up first in a friends and family edition of 50 with the “PSNY” lettering on the back end. After that, a “23NY” version of the shoes will release for $160 (Rumor has it this release will go down exclusively at the Jordan Brand Flight 23 store in New York City). Take another look at this fancy Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG and tell us in the comments if you’ll be hunting down a pair.

air jrodan 5 white fire red michael jordan original Original Air Jordan 5 White/Fire Red Autographed by Michael Jordan

When the Air Jordan 5 in this white/black-fire red colorway showed up in 1990, it didn’t have the “23″ embroidery. And when it showed up in 2013, it didn’t have the “23″ embroidery. The exception to that rule though was Michael Jordan, whose original pairs of this sneaker did indeed have that jumbo stitching on the backside. Shown here is one of his pairs that’s found its way online, complete with some signatures from the man himself. Stay with us after the break to see more on this piece of Air Jordan history and then bid on them from jordanvault on eBay.
