air jordan 11 lab 4 Air Jordan 4 Patent Leather Sample

A patent leather sample of the Air Jordan 4 has emerged, and we can only point to one possibility – an Air Jordan 4 11Lab4. Quick reminder for those unfamiliar with the Lab joints and the nomenclature; it’s an Air Jordan with elements of another, with the lending pair named first. Patent leather is a sure-fire AJ11 trademark, and we don’t think Jordan Brand would go down the route of adding the glossy upper on another Air Jordan without a good reason, don’t you think? Check out the full teaser pic below and let us know what you think about these Jordan 11Lab4 samples.

There was a point in time during the summer of 2013 when those luxurious red Air Jordan retros known as the “Legends of the Summer” series were on will they or won’t they release status. The Justin Timberlake helmed pairs were delegated through scavenger hunts along with a free set of tickets to whichever city was hosting the Jay-Z and JT concert. The Air Jordan 1 was the only sneaker to get a makeover in two pairs (the alternate featured a 3M upper with patent red leather accents). Today we get a look at the all red edition featuring a suede construction throughout while a faux-snakeskin texture arrives on the heel and branding. Continue onward for a better view of this rare find and grab them today via nycdeals2011 on eBay.

For most of us, the passion for sneakers is a year-round affair, but when the harsh winter weather starts to creep in, many of the prized pairs in our rotations need to sit it out for a few months. nike flyknit trainer chukka fsb light charcoal black grey 01 Nike Flyknit Trainer Chukka FSB Light Charcoal Black Dark Grey

Last week was a big one for the Nike Flyknit Trainer Chukka FSB as the all white rendition was arguably the most coveted variety of the winterized Flyknit sneaker yet. That pair was rather limited, but perhaps this Light Charcoal colorway will prove that the sneaker warrants a wider release. The idea of Flyknit functioning on a boot is still a new one, as this time last year the fact that a basketball sneaker (we’re looking at you Nike Kobe 9 Elite) featuring the material still seemed like a crazy idea. How would it work? Is it stable or supportive enough? Nike continues to expand the technology and with more Flyknit Trainer Chukka FSB colorways arriving, do you plan on grabbing a pair? We’re still waiting on this Flyknit Trainer to arrive stateside, but the good news is that overseas retailers like Size? already have them in stock so they should be headed our way sooner than later.

slam dunk jordan collection release date 01 Slam Dunk x Jordan Brand Release Date

The Jordan Brand Slam Dunk Collection will arrive stateside on November 1st, 2014. After a week filled with mysterious trailers hinting at the collaborative effort expanding beyond the Air Jordan 6 “Slam Dunk”, today we get an official set of images featuring a two pair collection inspired by the widely-successful Slam Dunk manga series helmed by artist Takehiko Inoue that helped expand basketball throughout Asia. Not only will we get a shot at grabbing another celebratory Air Jordan 6, but we’ll also get the chance to grab a 3M-heavy patterned rendition of the Jordan Super.Fly 3. Each pair is an homage to the main protagonist Hanamichi Sakuragi as his number 10 replaces Mike’s normal 23 throughout the detailing (one could call it a PE of sorts). The Super.Fly 3 will be available for $185 while the Air Jordan 6 will demand a premium $250 price tag. As always, we have more detailed official images after the break and you can head to our release dates page to stay updated on the latest sneakers arriving in stores for the month of October.
