If you’re here looking for the latest info on upcoming sneakers, you’re in the right place. Let’s take a look at just a small sampling of the huge spread Nike Sportswear has in store for Spring 2010. Pictured above is the Nike Air Classic BW in the increasingly-popular pairing of dark navy and black that pretty much signals an end to that old rule, as least as far as streetwear is concerned. The contradindicated colourway isn’t the key feature, though, as these prominently display Nike’s new lightweight Torch material on the toe and side panels.

The BW is joined by an Air Structure Triax 91 we got a glimpse of in September that loans its pink hits to a ravey-looking Lunar Mariah. Last but certainly not least is a new look at the upcoming Futura x Nike Air Force 1 Low. Like all samples, they’re probably going to undergo some changes before reaching retail shelves, so stick with Sneaker News for updates along the way. Nike Air Max Classic BW – White – Persian Violet – Black

Ever go on Nike ID and try to emulate one of your favorite pairs? Nike drops these Classic BW’s that pretty much looks like a remix of an existing White/Persian Violet BW’s, or maybe even an “Un” version of the Black/Persian Violets. It makes sense, being that all three pairs have the same colors, just in different layouts. This particular pairs look almost exactly like the White/Persian Violets that dropped in August, expect that the black on the mudguard now takes place on the underlay. Other than that, the purple is found on the same parts- the tongue, the upper heel tab and the foxing around the air bubble. Not to mention that the other difference is that the other ones only came in women’s sizes. If you saw the other ones drop and wished they came in your size, now’s your chance. Nike Air Classic BW – Black / White / Neon Orange

A new colorway of yet another classic Nike Retro Running sneaker, the Nike Air Classic BW, has been released and this time it’s Black, White, and Neon Orange. This colorway of the Classic BW is somewhat reminiscent of the original Persian Violet colorway, however it still features enough differences to give it a fresh new look. The shoe consists of a mostly Black mesh and leather upper with other parts of the shoe being filled in with White and of course Neon Orange on the Swoosh and lining to give it a pop. These Air Max Classic BW “Big Window,” which refers to their extra large Air bubble, are exclusive to UK based store JD Sports. They feature a mesh toe-box, which is always a favorite among sneaker enthusiasts. The upper and midsole are a combination of matte silver, black, and white, while the Swoosh, Air unit and tongue have challenge red accents that help bring this shoe to life. Via JDsports

For those readers who were just never really into BW’s, or any Nike runners without a collab or name connected to it, hopefully some might have given it a chance when they read up on a few new Classic BW’s we showed a few weeks ago. If not, here’s another one to facilitate being open minded. The Air Max Classic BW now comes in a crispy clean white and gold colorway. Honestly you gotta be really bold to rock gold shoes, but this one gives the less exuberant in fashion taste to do so by having a white Nike with just a tad accent of shine. Nike Air Max Classic BW – Black – Hot Red + Black – Voltage Yellow

Nike runners are definitely foreshadowed by the styles blown up by the rise of mainstream sneaker craze. Do research- OG sneaker heads collect mostly runners and trainers. Aesthetics and colorways are dope… fact. Even for those who learn to appreciate, Classic BW’s, or “Big Windows”, are still underrated. Nike Sportswear drops these two bad boys and proves non-believers wrong. Both pairs seemingly subtle with black uppers- one with mesh, nubuck and synthetic, and the other in mesh and leather. But a double-take reveals pop in the the form of hot pink and a classic voltage yellow. Notice on the hot red pair, gradient laces, an effect usually applied for other accents of sneakers. Nike Air Classic BW – Black – Persian Violet – 2008 Sample

The Nike Air Classic BW was originally released in a Black, White, and Persian Violet colorway back in the late 80’s when the concept of Nike Air Max had just been introduced to runners all over the world. Fast forward to 2009 and now the Nike Air Classic BW is one of the many classic Nike Air Max styles in Nike’s long line of running sneakers. Here is a look at one of the Nike Air Classic BW colorways that has yet to make it to retail shelves, it comes in a similar colorway to the original only this one features an all Black upper with a small hit of Persian Violet and finished with a White outsole. This colorway was manufactured in 2008 and a pair of size 9 samples are available now for all you Classic BW fans since they may never come out, pick them up from Cigar0330 on eBay.
