Patta 5th Anniversary x Nike Air Max 1 – New Quickstrike Colorway

A few days back, we brought you a sneak peek of a new Parra Nike Air Max 1 collaboration that was initially thought to be a Patta creation. It turned out to be a Parra, further adding to many people’s confusion between French artist Parra and Dutch retailer Patta. Now that that’s hopefully all cleared up, we present a look at an actual Patta Air Max 1 collaboration that will be dropping as a Quickstrike some time after the green and purple AM1s that we have already shown you. This colorway features a nice blend of rich colors and materials, using sections of corduroy, denim and suede splashed with varied shades of blue, green and red. Specific release info on these is yet to be announced, but for now, you can check out some more pics after the jump. Photos via MusicSkins.com.

Parra x Nike Air Max 1 – Burgundy – Sneak Peek

Update: These are Parra Air Max 1, not Patta as we previous wrote.

At this point, Dutch sneaker heavyweights Patta are no strangers to Nike collaborations or the Air Max 1. They have recently revealed two different colorways of the Air Max 1, adding some fresh shades of green and purple canvas to the shoe’s classic color blocking for a new look. Now, thanks to the recent Patta interview feature on Complex, we get a brief, but enticing preview of another Air Max 1 collabo in the works between Patta and Nike. As you can see, this new version sports a solid burgundy suede upper with a white midsole, light blue accents and a multi-colored outsole. There isn’t much else known about this project at the moment, but stay tuned for more news as soon as it breaks.

Nike Air Max 1 – Available @ Nike iD

The beet red Nike Air Max 1 is a good example of a shoe so perfect, it’s cruel that Nike only released it for ‘women’ (read:smaller size run). If you can relate to your author’s pain, Nike iD might have the remedy. Not only is the ‘Eighty-Seven’ up and ready to be customized, but you can put pretty much whatever coloured speckles on whatever coloured base on whichever parts of the shoe you want! Nike Air Max 1 Men’s + Women’s Upcoming Releases

Yesterday we gave you a look at the vibrant yellow Nike Air Max 1’s, to follow up on those; we have two more Air max 1’s scheduled to release very soon. This news should be music to the ears of all you Air Max enthusiasts out there. The first pair is a Men’s release and features a synthetic suede/mesh upper, with a white/black-neutral grey colorway. There are also minimal accents of light blue for the top lace holes, tongue and air unit. The Second pair is a Woman’s release and also feature the same synthetic suede/mesh upper, but has a brighter color scheme. cobalt purple/white- matte silver are the main colors of these Air Max 1’s, although they have small accents of yellow on the top lace holes and tongue. Both pairs will be available soon at Nike retailers. Both guys and girls should keep an eye out for these Air Max 1’s when they drop.

Nike Air Max 1 Neutral Grey/Vibrant Yellow

For those of you Air Max heads who have enjoyed the recent simple synthetic suede and mesh Air Max 1 releases will continue to have a number of clean colorways in stores soon. This new Air Max 1 features a simple white and neutral grey base and a vibrant yellow pop for the mid body. The upper body and mudguard is a synthetic suede, while the mesh is a jersey mesh. Look for these at select Nike Sportswear retailers very soon.

Patta 5th Anniversary x Nike Air Max 1 Premium – White – Chlorophyll – Available Now

The Quickstrike version of the Nike x Patta Air Max 1 Premium has hit select Nike Sportswear retailers and is available now. For those of you who have been keeping up with Sneaker News then you should know that Nike has collaborated with Patta on two different versions of the Air Max 1 Premium, one is a Quickstrike version pictured here in White and Chlorophyll that is available worldwide at select Nike Sportswear retailers, and the other is a Tier Zero version in White and Purple that is only available at Patta. Both colorways use canvas, nubuck, and denim on various parts of the sneaker to give the Air Max 1 a new look that is more suitable for the streets. via RMKstore

Nike x Patta – Air Max 1 Premium TZ – White/Purple

Nike and Patta seem to be collaborating on not one but two different Air Max 1 Premium sneakers that are hitting retailers this month. The first we showed you was the White and Chlorophyll colorway that is a Quickstrike release at select Nike Sportswear accounts worldwide. This second colorway is similar to the Chlorophyll in that the materials used are almost identical however instead of Chlorophyll, Purple is used as a replacement. The team at Patta wanted to pay homage to the original Air Max sneaker from Nike that was released in 1987 and designed by the infamous Tinker Hatfield but make it more “street-friendly”, thus Purple Denim, canvas, and nubuck was used while keeping the color blocking similar to the original Air Max 1. These White and Purple Nike x Patta Air Max 1 Premium TZ sneakers are available now exclusively at Patta in the Netherlands.
