One of the more engaging stories in the sneaker community over the last two years was the emergence of the ShoeZeum that was owned, operated, and curated by Jordan Geller – one of the most enthusiastic sneaker collectors ever to lace up a pair of shoes. Sneaker News had the fortunate opportunity to not only break the ShoeZeum story wide open in 2011, but also to be at the grand opening of the ShoeZeum Las Vegas in August of 2012; creating a near-complete sneaker collection filled with the most amazing heat on the planet and having it available for public viewing is a feat that no other person in the world might have been able to accomplish, but Jordan has put a lot of time, work and money into this, and after an impressive run, he’s ready to move on to a new chapter.
Beginning last night, Jordan is putting almost the entire ShoeZeum collection up for grabs on eBay, listing either 9, 23, or 45 different individual items per day. That gives sneaker collectors a rare chance to purchase some of the most sought-after shoes on the planet, and with every single auction starting off at $0.99, it’s anyone’s game – and who knows, you might even cop a steal! This might be the biggest auction event in sneaker collection history and there will be without question some serious heat up for grabs, so check out some of the major highlights that just went up for bidding and keep an eye out for more gems popping up daily in Jordan Geller’s eBay store – shoezeum on eBay.

We’ve gotta tip our hat once again to whoever has been whipping up the FB series of Nike Sportswear releases, which will serve up another grand-slam soon with this Nike Air Max 1 FB “Blue Leopard”. The pair might even top the recent beastly outings of the atmos x Nike Air Max 1 stuff. The upper is a blue suede affair, which gets the leopard print pushed onto just about every inch of its surface. After that some volt is introduced via the eyelets, tongue tag, and outsole. See full images on the Nike Air Max 1 FB “Blue Leopard” after the jump and stay tuned for release info on this AM1 banger.

The popularity of Denim Twill material on NSW kicks is reflected by the great colorways that have hit stores this far, with the Air Max 1 being an emphatic popular pick among Nike fans. After the recent release of the Teal Blue Denim Twill colorway, Nike continues with a grey denim twill colorway paired with a vibrant Total Crimson orange on the inner lining for the SF Giants appeal. The sick feature of the Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse is the unique overlap in the layers of the upper. In fact, back in 2011, Nike Sportswear designers filled us in with their “Tales from the Kitchen” animated video and described the stitchless upper as one of the key features of Hyperfuse material, giving the Air Max 1 silhouette a refreshed look. Even two years after its debut the Air Max 1 Hyperfuse, Nike continues to release the shoe in some enticing colorways, like this Hyper Blue/Total Crimson colorway that just dropped at Extra Butter, so check out the extra photos below and hit them up for a pair.
