At the Nike Knows Training – 2009 Summit earlier this year, Nike gave the attendees a sneak peek at several upcoming special projects from the Nike Training group. One of those little surprises is the above Nike Trainer 1 with a Max-360 sole which adds to the responsiveness of the Trainer 1 for heavy training regiments. With the upcoming fight against Miguel Ángel Cotto of Puerto Rico, Pacquiao is doing some heavy duty training right now and was recently seen in a pair of the Nike Trainer 1/360. Nike Air Max 2009 Leather SI – White – Sport Red – Black

The Air Max 2009 got off to a good start, impressing a lot of people with its sleek design and heavy use of Flywire technology. It will be interesting to see how people respond to this leather version. The shoe still sports the same basic design, but the upper is simplified, using a White on White perforated leather upper with Sport Red accents and a Black outsole and tongue branding. The shoe maintains a similar look to the prior versions by using a stitching pattern on the side of the upper that follows the same design as the crossed Flywire. Nike Air Max+ 2009 (360 + Flywire) Running Shoe

The Nike Air Max line has had a long and impressive history of constantly innovating and providing stylish ultra-functional sneakers in the process. The latest offering in the line is the Air Max+ 2009 Running Shoe, a sleek new model with some very nice touches like Flywire technology and a full 360 Air Max sole unit, so you know they will be both lightweight and well-cushioned. The shoe also features a partially transparent upper that reveals the Flywire and a mesh underlayer. Two men’s and two women’s models will make up the initial drop. The fellas will have grey/black/red and silver/volt/black colorways to sink their teeth into, while the ladies versions will come in grey/orange and grey/silver/liquid lime. All four colorways of the men’s Air Max+ 2009 and women’s Air Max+ 2009 will be hitting NikeStore on April 4th but you can pre-order them now.

Nike Air Max 1 360 LE – White – Black – Flint Grey

A new colorway of the Air Max 1 360 Hybrid has just released, this new colorway features a simple white and grey combination with just a hint of black. We first announced this Air Max 1 and Air Max 360 hybrid last December with the Ben Drury Air U Breathe like Air Max 1 360 and an all All Black Air Max 1 360 also release this past June. This new colorway features two shades of grey including flint grey on the upper along with white on the toebox and heel and just a bit of black on the swoosh. The bottom of the shoe features a metallic silver caged Air Max 360 sole. You can find this colorway now at most US Footlockers.

Nike Air Max+ 2009 – Flywire – 360

For Spring/Summer 2009, Nike will be releasing the next evolution of the Nike Air Max 360 sneaker, now with another major technology addition, Nike Flywire on the upper. Officially named the Nike Air Max+ 2009, the upper of the sneaker features a combination of Nike Flywire and breathable materials. On the foundation, the Air Max 360 sole is used for superior cushioning and shock absorption. Also take notice the slightly redesigned Air Max 360 sole that’s now cageless. Previously, the Air Max 360 “bubble” was caged to keep it from bursting but it seems Nike has perfected the technology to create a clean Max Air Unit. Via Niketalk

Nike Air Max Plus 360 – USA Foot Locker Exclusive – Orange Blaze

For anyone looking for something brighter, these Air Max Plus 360’s should do the trick just fine. With a fusion of the Air Max Plus and Air Max 360, these shoes definitely have two solid designs behind their basic architecture. The clear rubber outsole is perhaps one of the most noticeable features of these kicks, being carried over from the Air Max 360. However, even more distinctive is the incredibly bright blaze orange upper, accented by touches of black, giving the shoes a very tiger-like impression. Sometimes, hybrids don’t work, but kicks like these bode well for the future of the hybrid concept as a whole. If you live in America, these should be available at Foot Lockers near you, but if not, you can find them at select retailers such as Bingo Runner in Japan.

Nike Air Max 1 360 Hybrid – All Black

A few months ago, Nike released a remake of the Air Max 1 from the Air U Breathe pack designed by Ben Drury with the Air Max 360 sole. A second color of this Air Max 1 and Air Max 360 hybrid has been released in all black. Three selections of black leather is used on the upper with black smooth synthetic leather, black suede and black perforated leather and the sole features a black cage over the Max 360 Sole. You can get these now at Eastbay.com
