JD Sports is one of Europe’s top Nike Sportswear dealers, pulling down exclusive colorways with a frequency few can match. They’re particularly fond of Air Max 90 and 95 and love to see these models in dark shades either centered around blue or using it for accents. This latest Nike Air Max 90 isn’t a JD-Only drop, but with its black upper, textured mudguard and Photo Blue accents, these are an olive-for-grey swap away from being identical to an August 2012 JD exclusive. Let us know which came out better after you’ve seen more below, then grab this one straight from the source at NikeStore.

There are four more Nike Air Max styles out there at the moment featuring the “OG” treatment that you’ve gotta track down. There’s another Nike Air Max 1, this one featuring an original USA-looking combination of white, navy and red. There’s the Nike Air Max 90 in the “Laser Blue”. And then there’s the Nike Air Classic BW and the Nike Air 180 both sporting the single most popular colorway of those two models (That would be “Persian Violet” and “Ultramarine”, respectively). Continue reading to see each sneaker from the group and pick up this range of Nike Air Max “OG” releases now from Sneaker Lounge.

The Nike Air Max “HomeTurf” Collection has begun to release sporadically at retailers overseas, with no true rhyme or reason to when and where they’re hitting stores. Of the twelve releases in total, the Milan might own the title as the most “lifestyle” of the bunch, opting for tonal suede colorways to represent the high-end fashion forward city. The Nike Air Max 90 captures that vibe with the tonal stone grey suede upper and the orange burst inner lining, but is it the best of the entire Milan set? Size? has these available for purchase now so check out the close-up details below and let us know which HomeTurf release you like best.

Yesterday we gave you a look at the Nike Air Max 90 Mid, which appeared to have a slightly heightened Air Max 90 silhouette with an added lace eyelet and an inner bootie sitting inside the Air Max 90 shell. “Shocked” would summarize reader response, but truth is, the folks at Nike were probably trying to do something like this the Air Max 90 and other models for years. The catalog shots of what’s purported to be the final version of the Nike Air Max 90 Mid has an instantaneous “ACG” vibe to it, with the heel and tongue pull-tabs adding to that off-road effect, but it’s the colorways as well that sorta hint at the All Conditions Gear aesthetic with earthy tones punched up with blues, pinks, and neons. Reworked Air Max originals are always a polarizing topic, but these are rather well done, don’t you think? Check out the upcoming colorways below and chime in.

The next OG colorway of the Nike Air Max 90 to get spun into a Nike Air Max 90 EM release is the “Laser Blue”. The blocking is of course one your familiar with, as the “Infrared” style did very much the same thing on the other end of the spectrum. Now it’s the blue’s turn to test the waters and our turn to see if this style will end up as coveted as the aforementioned “Infrared” that made the EM crossover. Check out the Nike Air Max 90 Engineered Mesh pair in question in better detail below and then purchase yours from Nikestore.

This newest evolution of the Nike Air Max 90 is one that appears to have a bit of Nike ACG DNA mixed in, as the sneakers not only put on the speckled and neon touches from that sub-category but also ramp up the classic silhouette and morph it into the Nike Air Max 90 Mid. The heightened silhouette comes with what appears to be a neoprene bootie on the inside, along with pull tabs for both the tongue and heel sections. See a couple debut colorways for the new Nike Air Max 90 Mid from the upcoming “Terra Pack” and watch for the sneakers to arrive late 2013.

Nike Sportswear continues its juxtaposition of new and old with the second wave of original Air Max releases in “OG” and Engineered Mesh form. The original Nike Air Max 1, Nike Air Max 90, and Nike Air 180 colorways have been reinvented in two ways – one with vintage notes like the yellowed midsoles and classic materials and another with Nike’s dynamic Engineered Mesh technology – with the original Air bag cushioning remaining as the common denominator. These have begun to release at Nike Sportswear retailers around the globe so keep an eye out at your local spot and continue on for a full gallery.
